*le sigh* currently at work...i have plans to deal with the 'issue' i have to attend to as well as other issues.

Damn retard officers

Screw your failed research Terenos, 230k and not even 1 rank in weapons -.-

Only complaint i have is that the 100% rebellion rate in formerly owned terits seems over powered for something someone has had possession of for several turns. Given the amount of time spent under another player's control and the timeframe of a turn, Immigration and Emmigration should slowly effect the ethnicity of a territory.

But fine, 2 can play the 'Cultural Victory' game

QUESTION: With higher rankings in OT can you re-train officers? Instead of firing and rehiring? I uess it doesnt logistically make a difference since that can be spawned anywhere.

Question 2: USEC! I need an executive vote on 111...does the point touch 105? yes/no

Also: my 2nd and 3rd armies are lacking compliments. I dont know what's in/left of them

Nice conscription tech JF. With even my level of logistics? 50% chance to revolt in an enemy zone and you grab 14 Infantry for 7 (84k in Rifles), and with Distrib - I only risk 1 province ^.^

Yes, immigration and emigration would slowly effect the ethnicity of a territory, but the effects wouldn't be large enough to affect the ethnicity in such a small time scale (You could tell your troops to forcefully evict people of a certain ethnicity, but then you would need to recolonize that province). Think of it this way, the amount of in-game time is comparable to the amount of time that the Nazis occupied France, yet the French did not become a minority in that time.

QUESTION: With higher rankings in OT can you re-train officers? Instead of firing and rehiring? I uess it doesnt logistically make a difference since that can be spawned anywhere.

For in game purposes, re-training officers would cost as must as hiring a new officer. The costs of education would be the same no matter who gets the education.

Question 2: USEC! I need an executive vote on 111...does the point touch 105? yes/no

No, it does not. If the two provinces were touching, I would have tried to make it more obvious.

..In addition, What is up with the names of my commanders? They're always so similar. Its..A little disconcerting man!

For the name generator I'm using, I accidentally picked a type of name that only had four examples. I only realized my mistake when I generated the name for your second commander.

Also: my 2nd and 3rd armies are lacking compliments. I dont know what's in/left of them

I'm sure that you didn't create any 2nd or 3rd armies. Maybe you implied their creation, and I took the order too literally.

Nice conscription tech JF. With even my level of logistics? 50% chance to revolt in an enemy zone and you grab 14 Infantry for 7 (84k in Rifles), and with Distrib - I only risk 1 province ^.^

Technically the provinces that Scardon gave you are a different ethnicity and thus get the 75% bonus to rebel (The provinces colonized by the USSE already have 100% chance to rebel), but seeing as they have nobody to join, yah, you only risk 1 province.

So..I'll just be waiting for Gen 3 to finalize my turn. And then the feeble forces of the world shall COWER before me.

Gen 3 units are comparable to Gen 1 units in the previous game, so they shouldn't be long in coming.

So what is the modifier/requirement to prevent rebellion? Is 1 stack of military enough to blunt it or is there a %/unit reduction. I would hope 1 unit is enough, otherwise this isnt really hyper edition if we need 2-4 units to counter something like shebs new 100% rebellion.

If I may..It looks like his uprisings are a single militia. 1-2 riflemen should be more than sufficient to prevent rebellions. You really just need a single dude to prevent it (unless yer really unfortunate).

That said, I dunno. I could be rambling.
MORE TURNS! Johnfalcon! Sheb! I call forth your turns.
Yours too Cyber.

Is..Is that the finalized stats for Gen 3 units? Why would I waste my time? With my current tech, my riflemen are stronger than Infantry. Infantry are only 1A and 1D up, over Riflemen, and my Riflemen get +2/+2 from my tech.
Projected end of game: 3 Turns.

1 unit in a province is enough to prevent a rebellion.

*Facepalm* I forgot to include the +2 tech bonuses before I calculated the stats for Gen 3 units. (Though with a +33% bonus from attack and defence from simply being one rank higher, Infantry are better than Riflemen).

EDIT: Fixed. The jump is at least +3 points to each stats, but mostly +4 increases across the board (Increases are based on the unchanged stats from the previous generation).

I like my position now. The only way you dont win Terenos is if I ignore Sheb and strike across the sea at you. If i sit on Sheb, we widdle eachother until you're twice our size and saunter over and kick both our heads in.

Ah, kingmaker...the position most hated and most loved.

Brothers, please. Humanity has already been rocked by war throughout its entire history on this world, and Earth. There is no need for further conflict. Surely we are the reasonable leaders of strong nations. And our first recourse can be discussion and treaties, not war.

..Its like you think I'm some kind of violent warmonger.. I just want a peaceful world, where mankind can achieve great things. We're just flexible as to the means by which we achieve this. I'd rather we all got along here.
