That deal would only have made them take a back seat for a couple of turn at most, until they could colonize, and you know this. I don't have to remind you how many time it was stated that I wouldn't be allowed to win 'cause I won the last games...

But yeah, my diploacy could have been better at the beginning.

Possibly. Possibly not. A few turns was all you needed, cause then I would have been beginning my monumental rise (Seriously, it did not take me much time to go from 5 or 6 provinces, to 49!). And you could have used that to deflect animosity away from yourself.

But you did set yourself up as the guy to hate. Don't worry. If I win here, and odds are good I will, I'll be the guy to hate next time!
I also think you have problems making fair land deals. Course I might be biased, I've only been privy to a few of your land deals (here, I was privy to the whole deal, and in F@W you kind of tried to screw me over.)

Hm, I wonder if its possible if everyone died at once then no one would win the game. Only one way to find out I guess, Mwhahahahahahahahah!

Not really, no. Killing everybody can hardly be called taking a side.

So hes holding the world to ransom?

The only way I would agree to this is an absolute cessation of weapons buildup. From Everyone. And no trading of weapons/defense related technologies. There is of course, no restriction to researching them yourself. But I dont want there to be a sudden ceasefire so that you and Phantom have time to reload and regear in a bigger capacity.

I think not. You have an ally. And I have one. And theres a neutral 5th party. I approve of this balance of players.

Well, you're brushing aside the fact that you and your ally and way more powerful than me and Phantom. There is no balance of power right now, and you know it: only your limitless power being stopped by Bdthemag's threat.

No guarantee of your neutrality. Words are simply that. I conquered you once, there may be some lingering resentment.

@Sheb: Which is why I can effectively dictate fairly strong terms. Now, as a concession I am willing to dedicate up to half of my current budget to research projects to be shared with the world. (Obviously no weapons/defense tech.)

TERENOS, LET HIS PEOPLE GO!

Terenos, I sincerely doubt you would do anything that you say you would. Your plan is world domination, not peaceful co-existance.

Do I have to start an insurgency then? And do I have to let USEC let me play as it?
