USEC, how do you determine which tech level the infantry in PDF are going to be? You roll a dice ebtween one and (MaxTechLevel-1)? Or will the troops be a mix of different tech level?

Also, do I get to keep them after the fight (I guess not)? Even if I loose the province? Are they being targeted first?

Simply (MaxTechLevel-1). Presumably the PDF get equipped with the obsolete weaponry that your army no longer wants. Also you can't keep them after the fight. They're the Provincial Defence Force, not the Provincial Offence Force. The infantry that comprise the PDF are treated like any other unit in that province, so they won't be targeted first unless the combat flows that way.

In completely unrelated news I added new units for Bdthemag and Terenos to look at. New warheads too.

And if the province get invaded after all? Can some of them survive (with the morale thingy) and retreat?

Well, I suppose that they would be drafted into the army. So yes, they can survive if the province does get invaded.

The cost/success vs reward of civ indoc seems a little off honestly, i mean hell Boreholes cost 30k and take 3 turns to pay for themselves - Indoc takes 1 turn's income to convert on -better- odds than a coin flip

Yeah, but converting isn't that useful, since you can squash unest for 10,000$. Actually, I think your tech is overpowered, as it break any hope of revolt for a mere quarter of the income (Youd on't give a damn about the extra production cost due to your manufacturing tech).

Generally the odds will be around 50%, except for some special cases where the chance can shoot up to 100%.

Also, as a quick check, who would be interested in rejoining if one of their former provinces rebelled? FuzzyZergling?

..You do realize that anyone who steps -back- into the game gets curbstomped by the GLORIOUS Unitarian Security Forces, yes?

I mean cmon. Look at my military development this turn. Who can stand against that with just one province?

And? if one of my former provinces rebel, you'll have to send some forces to crush it. If ALL rebel, that makes you vulnerable to the wolves.

To be fair, they'll probably get a massive army in that province as all of their loyalist followers flock to their banners. But yeah, unsupported one province is not going to make much of a difference.

Ligoria surrendered (small chance of returning). Canuckia was crushed outright (LOW chance of returning)

And this tips the plans of my enemies. A little more so than Shebs open move of Advanced Propaganda.
So in response, I suppose we move to the end game.

Ah, the penalties still apply though. France surrendered in WW2, yet it never stopped fighting.
