That's what I intended, and I'm wondering if it works with weapons. I don't want to waste resources and time (Which I could be using to magmamize elves) on it if it doesn't work

Pouring dwarven wine over a sword didn't work, spilled two barrels - no covering on sword.

If that did work, we could have fire arrows! The alcohol could fly through a magma fall, and then light an elf on fire!

Too bad it doesn't  :'(

Pretty sure booze can't cover anything when it spills. It just disappears.

No beer baths and wine fountains for your dwarves. (Dwarven Wine Pond, 6/7, cistern for a well)
