I don't know why everyone's complaining about TShock, as of right now I have 2 bans which were reversed, in exchange for no dynamite griefing, which gives me peace of mind. (I'm guessing we already forgot about the maps that people joined and spammed dynamite everywere, thus ruining the map)

It's because of TShock's ban-happy autoban features. Do something wrong (spam dirt rod to remove grass, use sandgun to farm sand, get a s**tload of items), and it bans you. It makes servers nigh unplayable, but then again, we don't have much choice, with that dynamite-happy griefer still in the server.

I call for a preemptively remedy to the rules of PVP capture the flag: it'd be possible to make a bomb trap, that is, a bomb statue hooked to a timer that spits out bombs. A member of the opposing team walks up and accidentally picks up a bomb and bam! they're auto-kicked off the map.

It'd be quite funny, now that I think about it.
