Hmm, from the sounds of things, it has been taken a little far...
If you can interact with somebody, you can grief them, so the only way to remove griefing is to remove all forms of interaction... Not much point of a server then.

Make it an autokick, that way nobody can bring them in, and crafting or buying them autokicks you until you remove them from your inventory. I see no reason why an instaban will help anyone. Less then no reason, in fact, since the net will inevitably catch some innocents. Enjoy being swamped with "OMGZ Y WAS I BANNED!!!1eleven!" messages.

Yeah, that was the problem with Tshock on earlier worlds, as I recall it: it autobans for pretty much everything. It'd be nice if there was a way to keep people from using dynamite/explosives without the instaban for removing a chest you didn't properly align with the rest of the room or some stupid crap like that.

 That's nothing, it refuses to actually let me onto the server with ANY characters. Saying I have a hacked stack of 246 1 second timers.

You have four options:
Be banned on picking up a bomb
Be kicked on picking up a bomb
Keep a full inventory so you don't pick up a bomb
Complain to Kael that you get banned on picking up a bomb
