   Once you defeat them on a world Santa can show up. Also my device to farm snowman will work with anything that jumps up but not down. Its just I noticed the ai flaw because snowmen kept getting trapped in the houses of spawn village. Also as I mention my way would let a new character kill them thus it would let someone who just started get Santa without rushing towards end gear.

Are you opening you presents in a hard mode world? If you are not then the chances of getting a snow globe are astronomically lower.

I really love what you guys did with the place. The whole area was decorated and made so very different from how I remember it that I thought we started a new map when I logged back on.

And you guys did it SO FAST as well! Really impressive.

My wint'ry tower that is totally not Sauron's holiday home is pretty much completed, except for a few finishing touchs. And please, please, PLEASE don't touch the repeaters; I don't want to have to rewire all those lights again.  :P

If you want to just say which team you want to join (Red, or Blue). The first event will take place this Sunday (Not sure when though)

Well I figured I better start seeing who wants to play CTS.

Red base has been pretty thoroughly destroyed, first by people who were angry over it blocking a 'hellevator' that barely reached past the dirt backwall, and then a real hellevator that we dug today that went straight through the main surviving part of it. So if we're going to do CTS, we'll need to build a new red base, preferably either aboveground, or in a marked-off no-dig zone.


ED: I'm going to start work on a new red base; depending on available space, it'll probably be right of spawn. I'm going to mark the whole area off with signs in advance, so there isn't any more confusion over it. In line with that, I'd like to ask if small amounts of hellstone, spikes, or magma are allowed as the damaging elements of traps, as without those our options are somewhat limited.

Just thought I'd drop a notice here as well: The Red Base tower is now fully active, and I'd like to request that everyone stay out of it, as the traps are all online, and even if they don't kill you, I don't want to have to go through and clean up/reload/repair them. I've build a ladder over the tower. I'll finish up work on the rest of Red Base tomorrow, because I don't have the energy for any more.


((Also, if anyone who is certain that they'll be playing on Red and is not a dirty spy  :P wants to have a look around, ask me when I'm on and I'll do my best to deactivate everything temporarily.
