LOLWUT?
He's building a space station based on the Baystation 12 SS13 server.
You could always use a combustion engine instead of a singularity.
Actually, I designed it (assuming you're talking about the Baystation 12 that was built today), and even though I've never played SS13, it seemed like an appropriate name (the other candidate was Baystation Alpha, but we agreed the other name was better, likely due to the reference)
Special thanks to IGNs Wymar and Geneva (and the couple other people who I don't remember) for helping with the build and supplying a lot of the materials!
Also, to update that checklist:
Walls - 99% (I'm working on embellishing some with cobalt)
Windows - ~80% (Pending completion of the reactor; Habitation Module residents should modify their windows to their liking)
Elevators - ~70% (Internal elevators should be done, the space elevator up to the station needs work)
Habitation Modules - ~70% (Structurally complete, require furnishing by residents)
Environment Modules- 90% (Built and filled, but the forest biome needs plant life, and we need to determine if/how trees can grow in them- if not, they need expanded)
AntiHarpy Defenses - Indeterminate (Airlock deathtrap 100%, other defenses pending discussion and design)
Engine - 0% (We need an Adamantine furnace for the reactor chamber!)
Maze of Wires - 95% (Most of the wiring is actually complete; mostly just need a few more switches)
Of course, for additional expansions/magma cannons, if you've got ideas, I'm all ears.
