One quick question. Can we possibly see multiple breakthroughs in a ranked tech in a single turn?

I had 5k, but it says zero. Is that wrong? Also should not my economy add to each area? Yes?

Also, I will call them Scardon North and Scardon West. Cause why not?

Can we trade tech with anyone, or just people we have boarder with?

Yes, depending on how much money you put into it. FuzzyZergling could have been at the second rank in colonization right now.

Its base value, plus any bonuses from techs. The techs that affect manufacturing are logistics, manufacturing and economy.
