Starting Cash: 749,000

Recruiting: (208,000)
106 - 2 Riflemen, 4 Jet Aircraft (124,000)
107 - 7 Riflemen (84,000)

Research: (350,000+30,000)

Weapons: 200+30(Edu) = 230,000
Special Project: 150,000
Research Project: Boreholes (Looking for a manu/cash bonus[bonus in Alpha Centauri was minerals and energy])

Ability to build a borehole on any province you wish that doesnt border another borehole (manmade feature)
-If it helps, i also assume a Borehole would take >1 turn to build, so maybe they have a maturation timeframe. This would give them a slowly growing bonus

Colonize: 30,000
85 - Arlia
89 - Salva
99 - Cross

EDIT: Remaining Funds: 160,500
-math was off

Boreholes get a slowly growing bonus. Heh. I'll keep that in mind, but I'll probably just give them a set bonus after they're built.

The ability for Province Defence looks pretty reasonable, as long as it is not too overpowered. Burned Earth Tactics will probably add a feature that reduces a province's income. That feature would eventually be removed through the application of money. Guerrilla Warfare is way to powerful if it were to act the way that you described it. It'll probably increase the likelihood of espionage in those provinces and greatly increase its chance to rebel. Additionally, it might detain enemy units or reduce the income of that province. I'll have to think about it.

Anyways the turn should be in on Tuesday or Wednesday.

What do you mean by detain ennemy units?

What do you mean by detain ennemy units?

Say, if an enemy division was trying to reach a province through one of the occupied provinces, it might find that the roads are undergoing "construction", or that the bridges were "washed away", or the railroads are suffering from "unforeseen maintenance issues". These "problems" would detain that enemy division from reaching it destination, as instead it has to remain in that province to "oversee the workers", and many other "tasks" that have to be put into "quotation marks".

Do you "get" get what I'm saying?

Coming up with derogatory terms that the people on the E.S.S. Pwenet can use has been fun. I decided to go with the term flies because it encapsulates what the people still stuck hate/envy about you. You're insignificant and conforming, but you have the freedom to move around and live in places bigger than a bathroom stall.

Normally I don't give out warnings, but I'd like to point out that half of Cybergensis's empire will rise up if he doesn't have garrisons in any provinces filled with USSE patriots.

I still have to make up the units for the third generation, along with the two missing generation of Roman Infantry.

As always, tell me what I've missed.

It's not a clusterfuck until the Unity moves towards the eastern continent.

Fixing, but I won't update the map right now, in case someone else has a problem with the map.
