Shoot them all

You panic and open fire on the mannequins. One falls overs, but the others don't react. You really want to leave, now.

[Zako]

Stay calm. There is a rational reason behind this. Check your ammunition levels. Then leave the room through the door on the right.

[Jack_Bread]

You check your gun. It has a bunch of shots left. You don't really want to count. You begin to breathe slowly and deeply to calm down. You start to move over to the door and you slip in. It looks like a dining hall, with a long spoiled dinner laid out. It looks like a strange red meat and stagnant water. There's a door on the left and the door behind you.

[Little]

Look closer at the meat.

[Zako]

Don't, that is just asking for trouble. Head through the door on the left.

[Jack_Bread]

You're tempted to look at the meat, but you resist and instead go to the other door. It goes into the kitchen. You can hear flies buzzing around in here. There are the usual kitchen appliances, a sink, a fridge, counters, etc. The sink is filled with dirty dishes and there's a knife on the counter, that seems to have been stabbed in there with force. There's the door you came through and a door that looks like it goes to the backyard.

You move across the room to the door. It won't open... you notice an object blocking it on the other side. It's too dark to tell what, so you shine your flashlight on it. It looks like whatever's blocking the door is under a tarp. No going that way, it seems, unless you can somehow move that from here.

Head back to the sitting room and go through one of the doors you haven't been through yet.

[Jack_Bread]

You leave the kitchen and the dining room. The mannequins are facing you again... you shudder and continue on into the first door on the left. It's a bathroom. There's a sink, a toilet, and a shower. The toilet is filthy and it's disgusting. The sink seems to have water in it. The shower is closed and it looks like there's a robe hanging inside.

Is there a medicine cabinet of some kind? If so, check inside. If not, head back out and go in the last door you didn't go through yet.

[Jack_Bread]

You look around and find a medicine cabinet above the sink. You open it and see a prescription pill bottle labeled "tramadol hydrochloride." There's also a couple of band-aids, a lollipop, and rubbing alcohol.
Oh, you also notice a door on the right of the room.

You leave through the other door. It goes to a library. This is the only room with working lights. You see tall, long bookshelves with old, dusty tomes on them. There are a couple of chairs and tables with more books on them. There's the door behind you and a door on your right. You can hear footsteps...
