Adventurer group entity levels and some flavour!

So I understand that adveturer mode followers are jerks. They obey you as long as you dont cross their entity ethics. I would like to see your followers become a part of a sepperate entity(slowly) that is your group. They would still be a part of that civ in the history but you might get to a position where what you say is more important than what their civ says.

Also, I would like to be able to have/see some flavour actions like "he slaps the [human] for his disobedience" or "[human] has deserted your group". Groups should have more civ like things in them other than being a lunkhead dispencer.

Also, you should be able to JOIN an adventurer group(and unjoin prefferably). These things would require you to have a personality though.

This is a great idea. I'd love to lead a bandit/raider group and pillage some villages.
I also want an option to retire as a bandit, so you'd get a quest to kill your previous legendary axelord.

I want to be able to assassinate the leader of my group, hide their body, and then take leadership.
