You just need to be able to babble in a way that sounds philosophic. Oh and watch lots and lots of movies and anime.

Also I think I'll do some of the small stuff like asking questions and doing some R&D as mini-turns? And then have the major change in locale be an actual turn. Any objections?

While nobody wanted to play a dumb character it looks like everyone either put a lot in charisma or used it as a dump stat.  Group dynamics should be interesting.

Good idea. Just make sure to keep a clear line between turn and mini-turn. I tried that on OoTK RTD and sort of lost my thread, for a bit-it got turned into fight club. :P

Also, charisma doesn't affect appearance. Rather it's communication skill and personality.

Obvious bloodthirst aside, the best way to do the mission is quiet and quick. You remember Mogadishu, right? This will be much worse than that if the mission goes bad, and I don't exactly think you guys can expect much in the way of cavalry to come bail your asses out of the fire.

I thought of it more as a package deal including all sorts of eloquence, appearance, friendliness and miscellanea.  It's how I used it and it's what I'm sticking with.  >:(
