As for what I want in the game: I want political intrigue, the ability to perform favors for multiple factions, the possibility that multiple factions will kill me if they find out I'm working for certain other factions, the opportunity to collect favors from various people, the ability to use favors as bartering tools, and the opportunity to come up with needlessly complex plans.

Yeah, but how Kudzu-RP are we going to get with this, especially with so many players? Like in the sorts of threads here where everything can get so fucked up and convulted in a few hours that nothing makes sense to anyone except the people who were actively posting for those few hours.

  Whew, a lot of people to sign up. There are of course limitations (also you can't play as a god, sorry guys but just imagine what would happen). Political intrigue is going to be in, i've already got a number of factions and civilisations to interact with ready. Also while there's a lot of people, this is a big world at the same time, I don't expect everyone to be bunched up on one continent. So, some people probably won't interact with everyone if they're a continent away. 

   So some posts won't affect anyones characters, meaning that some people could just skim over them.

Also just counted, we have twenty people including me.

If the forum starts attracting people from other forums, we may need moderaters. I say that we must choose people to moderate the forums now, and have people who have proven maturity join it over time.

Also, I think major NPC's should have their own profiles, and a password which only mods can access.

 Well, the main link will be here, yet if this does happen I'll let people be moderators. Also the major NPC's having their own profiles is a brilliant idea. Yes the setting is high fantasy.

Will the time period we start in be essentially the medieval europe equivalent time?

 I'm thinking around that time, but certain places will vary. For example the tribes that are going to be scattered about will not be as advanced as the major civilisations.
