IN. there are some RPs going on here, actually. The rapture one is fun if you don't mind everyone being ridiculously overpowered for every other setting ever.

My only request is that we be given the freedom to create any character we wish, as long as we can provide fluff to fit them into the world, and keep them on a decent power level, or give them limitations if they are higher-level.
