Injured dwarf gaining animal caretaker experience

My injured hunter just reached legendary status in animal caretaker, apparently by tending his injured dog while resting. Seems like a bug.

not really a bug... caretaking of animals is not a "job" or "task"

and its not a new sight either
its been around since ole 2d versions

and to clarify, injured dwarf caretaking nearby injured animal is not a problem

ive witnessed it, and have no problem with yet another unforunate but useful legendary skill
