I know the catacombs of this city, and the vampires who inhabit them. Your government's policy on these fiends disgusts me. 'Equal citizens'? They are creatures of the night. They exist to kill us. I will admit that I was once a vampire sympathizer. Until I met Her."

[Fniff]

(Don't think I am closing off quests here...When you think about it...There is a new king/queen out there now...)

"... You disgust me. Maria has been dead for two weeks. We have her ashes on hand. You seem to be grasping at straws here... But, between you and me..." The slot of the door opens.

"Fifteen thousand euro. I don't care where you get it, or how, but promise you'll pay up by the end of the month. Don't try and skimp, though, you currently have more tracking devices in you then hamburgers in an American tourist. Deal?"

"...Dead? Maria? Ha! Whatever. I'll pay up. 15000? Yeah. I'll get it to you. Can I have my hat back now?"

[Fniff]

"Well... Me and my friends happened to burn it. Completely unrelated to the whole exploding a church filled with innocent people, trust me. Now..." The man opens the door, and steps in.

"You are free to l--" The doors slam shut and the power goes out.

"Oh dear. The safezone has lost power. This is quite terrible." Hey, why is there a pair of glowing eyes in the dark?

"And can I have my books back? Don't open them or read them by the way, otherwise a few of you might go crazy and start trying to sacrifice eachother to the Blood God."

Briar is then suddenly tackled to the ground by something, "Holy shit get it off of me!"

[Furtuka]

"DYNAMIC ENTRY" Kidd suddenly jumps through the door and knocks the thing over with a flying kick.

[Fniff]

The emergency lights flicker on. Blankey is tickling Briar, and the glowing pair of eyes...Belongs to the guard.

"Sorry about my glowing eyes, it's a usual disorder for my clan." He says, matter of factly. He then stares at Kidd. "You... You really shouldn't have done that..."

Something is howling down the hall.

"You destroyed my hat. Oh god. Oh god. Get out of here! GET OUT! They're coming! They're coming they're coming they're coming! The beasts!" King curls into a little ball. "You gave them a way back! The hole got opened when the lock was burned!" He starts to whimper.

[Furtuka]

Kidd slaps King with a book. "SNAP OUT OF IT"

[Fniff]

"...Oh, those beasts. Give me a second." The Guard breaks open a panel, revealing a keypad. He keys something in, and a door opens next to the keypad.

"Safe evacuation. Come on, we gotta go!" He runs down into the darkness of the door.

King is still whimpering on the ground. "Portal... Gatekeeper... Hat... Other dimension..."

Briar pulls King to his feet, "Dont worry king, if it makes you feel any better Hat is probally in Hat heaven right now, ogling all of the female hats there. Now lets get out of here!"

[Fniff]

The Guard rears his head out of the doorway.

"Come on! Anyway, my name is Jack. Now let's go!" He runs down the stairs yet again.

King follows reluctantly, checking over his shoulder every few seconds.
