[Phantom]

"Weird, I thought he liked drawing and parties. And was slightly less intelligent."
A crow comes in and pecks where his finger use to be.
"Sod off, demon raven."

[Fniff]

"Ah, we haven't met. Sgt. James Frost of the Canadian Peacekeeping Forces, at your service." James Frost extends his hand.

[Phantom]

Daniel shakes it with the crow now sitting on his shoulder.
"Officer Daniel K. L.; nice to meet you sergeant. You know, your name sounds a bit familiar."
"It does."

[Fniff]

"Well, as far as I can tell, the dimension you can from has me as a villain. Your private, odd, caused Arcane, I simply discovered it. The Frost Wars may cause some sort of memory of me?"

[Phantom]

Daniel frowns.
"Oh right. That war where pretty much everyone I knew died."
"And don't forget the crows or you learning ancient incantations."

[Fniff]

"Yes, but technically no-one died this time. Tit for tat."

[Phantom]

"Still, that sucked hardcore."
The crow and Aleksandr nod.

[Fniff]

"Well, Daniel, shall you come along?" James takes out a phone, and dials a number.

"Hello, Monta? I need to return a favor. Or not. I'll just break your legs if you don't do this. Please, may you give us your apartment? Clean it out, we'll be there in two hours."

James closes the phone.

[choobakka]

"Alright. Blankey wants Iowa, James wants Paris. And James has a house in Paris. So, Paris for the B/J body, Cairo for Briar, Iowa for the Gaunt. Where does everyone else want to go?"

[Phantom]

"We'll be choosing Paris. Less deadly and much less open ground for...
Some things."

[choobakka]

"I'll go to Cairo to keep an eye on the necromancer. So, anyone else want to go to Iowa?"

[Phantom]

The crow on Daniel's shoulder caws.

[Fniff]

"Right, let's go to the apartment. We have little time to waste." James considers this. "Actually, we do. The flight can be delayed...With a bat, if need be."

[choobakka]

"Well, then. Let's get on the flight. James, no drugs or booze in Blankey's body. I will be extremely disappointed. Using a tub of holy water and a handful of priests."
