"Bunnies!" Blankey tosses the machine gun up in the air, and catches it with a swift hand.

"Wiat, does that make me the animal mascot... Fuck that!"

"Why would you go to paris when theres Cairo, land of sun, natives, and don't forget the Necronomicon!" Briar seems like he really wants to get the Necronomicon.

"I would have to say that I prefer Lovecraftian horrorterrors to ghosts any day. But, you know, Paris is fine too. It's just that, you know, the vampires there have a blood feud against me for killing their matriarch by accident. I opened some shades! How was I supposed to know that she was a thousand-year-old vampire queen? She looked twenty-three!" King grimaces. "So, I'd prefer Cairo. And, you know, I have connections there."

" I would personally enjoy Lovecraftian terrors because, well, I am one. But I guess I can handle some sissy vampires and ghosts."

[Phantom]

Meanwhile, an extremely small and localized storm is approaching the group.

[Fniff]

Blankey objects to the idea of getting the original Necronomicon.

"What's the point? The Original is terrible! The revised edition is good though. Hint hint."

Blankey looks over, and sees the storm. He pulls out his AK again.

[Phantom]

From the storm there is a distant yelling. It sounds familiar.
_{"...Hey, Blankey, that you? REMEMBER ME?"}

[Fniff]

Blankey sighs and throws a grenade into the storm.

(Blankey's solutions to problems are mainly explosion based, aren't they. Anyway, is the link broken? Just wanted to know.)

[Phantom]

The storm sends a lightning bolt out which promptly toasts the grenade.

Afer's entire body and thoughts could be summed up with this statment "What. The. Fuck."

"Blankey, how did you get that into the fucking airport? And why is there a storm possessed by some guy we heard on the radio IN the AIRPORT? I hate my life." King grimaces. "So, a storm, a night gaunt, and a necromancer. Fun."

Blankey flashed back.

In another time, in another place...

The Frost Incident wasn't an incident anymore.

It was a war. Reality itself was corrupted, arcane energies burning the entire world. Thomas Alhazred was another victim of the war. His mind was completely fried. In the attempt to stabilize reality, the government constructed a barrier to stop reality from breaking apart. Thomas, now known as Blankey for his childlike tendencies, was on a stealth mission to scavenge a lab with a time-warped Daniel, who was originally on a mission in 2000 but ended up being warped to the present. They found something odd.

The last Frost Destabilizer in the entire universe. Against Daniel's wishes, Blankey messed with it. The world changed for the final time. This time, the Frost Incident was just an incident. Arcane was already being used, and stayed in use throughout the Frost Incident. Sgt. Frost was killed with the first blast wave, and with it, the secrets of the Frost Destabilizer.

Daniel and Blankey were the only ones who remembered this time where Humanity was slowly destroying the universe, and when Arcane was something to fear.

"Daniel." Blankey said. The he turned to King.

"Don't worry, it's totally legit! It's the second edition, it can't harm anyone unless you don't use the scratch and sniff patches!"
