Hello, i build up fortres, and now, i dont known why, can't get material nor dwarfs from inside fortres (level 4 bs and down) to up.

can anyone help me with that?

If your dorfs won't come back up, check your stairwells to make sure you didn't accidentally remove an "up" stairs where there should be one, and also check if you accidentally locked any doors.

i try to get my miner from bottom to up, i dig new staircase, only 1 square wide, and manage to get my miner up... but anyone else have ignoring this staircase... even this miner can't go back to bottom

also i have on depot, showed only items that are not more than 25 squares away

in simple: you probably "walled off" that inaccessible section of your fort

the dwarfs can not get there any more, and thus the items cannot be hauled

dwarves stuck underground without food and drink will die, so break them free!

ways you could have walled off the dwarves:

bad stairway: in doubt always use up/down

ramps: ramps only work when they are against a wall, a ramp connected to a floor on the next level without a wall against it will not work

door locked: check all the doors needed to get out with q, then L to unlock/lock them if needed

cave in: the passage collapsed and is no longer accessible

walls: built a wall where the dwarf needed to get trough

etc

i think you ether did the ramp thing or the staircase block-off thing

i again checked main way... an i accidentally build up stairs over diged down stair :-/

an my dwarfs stuck on surface without food and booze

You can deconstruct with d - n for 'remove construction'.  Your outside guy can do that.  Then rebuild proper stairs in their place.  Your inside guys can do that.

Or just dig a new one somewhere else if you're in a hurry.
