I believe it's safe to say the only things that haven't been weaponized yet haven't been implanted yet.
Pretty sure we've already weaponized, with precise mental planning, some yet-unreleased features.

Wagons don't exist.

If you were referring to the embark wagon, there's fire. It's just a bonfire.

Wagons exist in the raws, therefore they can (and should be) weaponized.

They don't actually exist. So therefor it is irrelevant. If it did exist, we'd light it on fire full of booze with some elves.

Excavated ice?

Use the shaft as a pit for prisoners. Build a permanent construction for placing cages/viewing chamber, and enjoy.

P.S. Assuming you're on a cold or above temperature embark.

Excavated ice?
Drop the ice stones on someone from really high.

Stones that fall from really high hurt.

No they don't. The only things that hurt when they fall are walls, floors, stairs, fortifications, ramps... and things like that. Items and creatures don't hurt things that they land on.

They actually do, iirc. I vaguely remember one of my dwarves getting hit by a rock and dying, but that happened a while ago.

What about catapults, though?

This is incorrect. It has been reproduced by myself. Another weird thing is that fall damage is transferred from falling creature to ground creature. However, the "hurt" may be incorrect, as by best they are bruised.

Easy! Have a dwarf decoy operating a catapult. When the enemy gets close, the dwarf runs. Dwarf hits pressure plate, which retracts the bridges on which said enemy stands. Enemy falls 10z's onto kitten cushion whilst a second bridge in the pit lowers to reveal a GCS pillbox, thereby firmly fixing enemy to ground. Phase 3 involves a painfully slow flooding of the trap whilst flaming badgers are dropped from above.

Oh wait... that's not what you meant is it?

Pitcheblende. I want it to explode in a fission reaction when crushed under a dwarven atom smasher.

Christ, are you dwarves or are you elves? If you think Hell has too many demons, then youkill them till the population reaches an acceptable number.
Dwarf Fortress: So horrifying the players would rather talk about nice things, like Warhammer 40k.

Fine. Then I say catapult.
