Pirates Of The Caribbean: How Dwarfy
« on: May 24, 2011, 09:50:23 pm »

I recently went to go see the new pirates of the Caribbean movie. There was this scene where all of the pirates were trying to find the best way to capture mermaids for their tears, and I instantly thought of Bay12's antics with mermaids in the past. My whole family didn't understand why I thought it was so funny that they were capturing mermaids for profit. It was so very dwarfy.

Happy thread material.

Seriously, dude, what were we supposed to discuss here?  "ROFFLOLOLOLOL dorfs dorfs dorfs?"  That's not a discussion.

I must see this movie!

On a scale of 1 to 10 (please, no extra points for dorfyness), how good would you say it is?

Ehh, it was entertaining.  I'd just wait for the dvd though.  Movie theaters are too expensive.

Basically this. Good mindless fun, but there were a lot of things weakening it. Best wait for it.

My wife and I thought this movie was great, but getting a little close to an R rating compared to the original.

Of course it is.

Think of it like this: Ever heard of growing up? The initial audience grew up thus the story is more mature to fit.
