"Under order of United Systems Executive Order No. 3057, you, John Garniscia are under arrest."

He chuckles.

"What are my rights?"

"You have no rights, this is a military arrest."

"Interesting."

The man walks over to a small control panel, and pops out a small remote.

"This is a temporal distortion device. It can send you anywhere, anytime. Might as well test it on you."

He sets the device to May 4, 2027; Berlin, Germany.

"Tell the invading Norwegians that I send my regards."
