So how exactly does The Bomb work? Does it give you a throwable nuke or something? Also, how many? One?
One throwable nuke and the recipe for making more. The recipe can also be found randomly around.

The recipe is also stupidly expensive. Two bolts of mass destruction and an Orb of Nothing. Oh, and it requires 7 wandcrafting, so you shoot yourself in the foot there too.

Please note that if it hits something... It is now very, very dead, even if it happens to be Dredmor himself. Also, there is not a more badass way to commit suicide. The Worst Idea Ever is a close second, though.

Whats the worst idea ever? Lutefisk recursion?

Also, looking at the dreadmore encyclopedia somebody linked, there is a recursive (dagger?) artifact that could, with enough savescumming, oneshot everything seeing as its damage is one of those "flip coins until you get tails..." kinds of deals...

I haven't played video games as much as I have with this expansion's release in months. It's just so fun and I have no idea why.

That's only the tip of the iceberg. At one point I encrusted so many things on a mace if I used it, it'd explode and tentacular doom would come out of the floor.
Right now I'm trying to figure out how to use the mace with minimal damage to myself.

Paranormal investigation is pretty much anti-magic, if you want to completely ignore mana. And comunism tends to go well with everything from what I've seen.

I mean, it's like, 3 bucks, and I enjoy the game, and the previous expansion, but I want to ask.

expansion is at least as worth it as the last one, at the same price even!

What I want to see is builds people are using (and being successful with) using some of the new skill trees.
