Yes, I can see this.

One of the first ones should be a buff that sends you into a martial trance.

Yes, I can see this.

One of the first ones should be a buff that sends you into a martial trance.
A large area fire spell sounds good.

The problem with martial trance is that there is already an entire skill tree around rage. And defensively there are already various resistance buffs and the pirate buff that makes you counter everything.

Just peeked through Dredmorpedia, and I noticed that they added a new mace-class hammer: the Dwarven Atom-Smasher.

In-game description: "Used by the Dwarves for one or another of their various projects that tend to result in unintended consequences. (Beware of stray transmutative thaumaturgons that may result from smashing atoms.)"

Always nice to see an inside joke that refers to another game you love.
On another note, there's also the Plump Helmet, the description of the Ingeniously Scythed Plastic Bolt, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I swear, the creators must be lurkers on the forums...

What, you forgot the description for Conflagratory resistance? That's one of my favourites!

Also, I've got a L1 key, Blanuspokgorsee, which was fairly boring (had a nice melee belt artifact, not sure if Wizardland artifacts generate the same each time), and a L2 key, Lkrahfromagzuk, which I haven't gotten around to using yet thanks to a frustrating crash bug.  :(

I hate the Wizardlands... I've not once found anything of value and I've been killed by evil clones in two of the three portals I've opened. Just now I got one-shotted by an evil clone in a DL2 portal after discovering they cannot trigger caltrops. >:(

The general consensus is don't flip levers and you won't get clones. I haven't seen any clones unless I pulled a lever first.

Does diggle hell only contains diggle enemies? Because if so, it should allow a vegan character to walk around without any problem.

But vegans still suffer penalties from attacking animals in the wizardlands?

Just 1 hit killed Dredmor on moderate. The Bomb is totally worth it, especially if you have throwing skills. Communist Swordsman Thrower FTW!
