If you weren't part of the original game, or you've just forgotten how it works, let me fill you in.
Post a song and a name and I will determine your character's skills, equipment and objective from there.
This one's going to be a bit different from the last one, because instead of being a fantasy setting, it's now a sci-fi setting. We'll still have dwarfs, elves, and magic, but we'll be using them on space vessels and in giant mecha.
Interested?

For those of you who are new to RTD in general, it works like so:

I'd like to remind everyone that half of the time I don't even know what I'm talking about. The other half of the time I only sort of know what I'm talking about.

I'm only going to be playing four characters at once, unless I want to tie two starters together. So if your character appears on the waiting list, there are already four people playing.

Johnny Cash- Hurt (Not the sissy NIN version of the song, it has to be the Johnny Cash version.)
Name: The man in black.

You have to watch and listen. It gets me every single time.

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

Can I get on the waiting list without a name and song yet? There's so many good options...

Sure, I'll reserve a place for you. But if your turn comes and you don't have a name and/or a song, you go to the back of the line.

Go through my ship's roster and rate people 1 through 10 on how likely they are to need to be airlocked, with my first mate being a 10 and myself being a 1 for the basis of comparison. Then order the crew to find a weak ship to pillage and pay attention to everyone's reactions, especially those rated at least a 6. The buggers.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this fort any more. Migrants arrive, they die for some reason, the fort is flooded for another reason, then dwarves go mad, more dwarves die and I'm just laughing in my distress.

Grunt sourly and go back to sleep, unless the ship gets down to the point that I have to hitch on the opposing side I'm not bothering with the effort of getting out of bed.
