The human party (herein referred to as "sucker") will agree to give their soul to the demonic party (herein referred to as "demon"). Demon will have exclusive rights to sucker's soul, and will have their permission to use it for whatever use they desire. In exchange, demon will give sucker one wish (defined as: any boon that could conceivably be carried out by demon, not to be confused with the "wish" spell) at any point in time (defined as "within the next four seconds". Any wish made after that point is null and void.).

I still like the idea to sell "vital positions in the architecture of the nine hells".

Fun Fact: Devils use souls, among other uses, as building materials.

No fine print needed. The contract clearly states everything about the deal.

Hee. Or maybe "The power to cut through your enemies, in return for being included in your will." Turn 'em into a sword after they write the will, get money.

I think i have not yet enough ranks in diplomacy to convince people that eternal damnation is something that they should pay me for but it is a great plan for later. :P

I think this would be more Bluff and Craft (Contract) than Diplomacy. :P

Protip: In DnDland, being Evil and going to Baator is (supposedly) as rewarding as being Good and going to Celestia. Evil people are not punished for their wickedness in DnD Hell; they are rewarded. The only thing that gets you a shitty afterlife in DnDland is betraying a cause, being an utter failure during your life or getting your soul stolen.

This actually varies a lot. Sometimes its stated that people get tortured to gather energy, sometimes they are used as currency, food or to forge fancy ashtrays, sometimes they get drafted as cannon-fodder for the bloodwar and sometimes they actually are rewarded for a job well done during their life.

I think all of this is true to some degree and your further fate in Baator is determined by the reason for your arrival.
Cleric of Mephistopheles that killed many good heroes? Have a cup of wine while we get you one of those hot, celestial slaves.
Low level follower of the same cleric? Well, prove yourself for a few years in the 28329th brigade and we will see what we do with you.
Sold your soul? Make yourself comfortable in that pit of burning sulfur over there while we sharpen the tridents.

Since were all talking about the future, I plan on going Mountebank, at level 9.  No so much because there amazing, mostly for fluff reasons.  But I will be getting sneak attack damage, a daily teleport, and 3 alter egos by the time I'm done with it. As well as other cool stuff.

Oh, no. It's... Ok, it isn't as bad as that. Both Heaven and Hell are bureaucracies. Nearly any angels or devils you meet will act like they were pulled out of a Dilbert comic, though the actual people who are sent there still have to whole reward/punishment system to deal with. I hope you like paperwork.
