Psh, it's only +3 damage on an elemental sphere.

It would have more powerful it someone had brought a lantern, or a source of open flame...that would have been an additional damage modifier, on top of it.

Silent Fox realizes he's got no elements to work with! He deftly manipulates the last of the candle flame.

And he missed his third attack, which saved trying to decide what he would have used. He's in a waterless, airless, fireless dungeon and the only natural earth is under layers of carved stone, which can't be manipulated.

In retrospect, he should have used another orb there, but I don't spend my players items unless they tell me to.

Windless would be the appropriate word there.

I think he means that there are no air currents for you to manipulate. Air magic should technically be able to work if you have air to use, but only on a very weak scale due to the stillness of the air. The stronger the breeze, the better I think.
