Yeah, so IO's assumption was wrong then.

At least we know that DD and CD are safe now.

Wait. <> o3<

ehhhh... I'm not that good at these sort of puzzles. What's on the ceiling exactly? Where do the cracks in it line up with those on the floor?

The roof is flat and featureless, and almost pefectly smooth except for a few rough patch jobs. You can detect no connection between the cracks in the ceiling and the floor.

Hmmm... Can I use my skill in weapon smithing to try and predict where it would be most effective to place and angle weapons for this trap?

Lemme do a roll...

(Zako Weapon Knowledge Int roll=6, pass)

Molten Heart takes a careful look at the room. He spots no room for swinging blades or hammers, nor gas vents or dart or arrow shooters. The floors are obviously pressured weighted though-they may be trap doors, or perhaps serve as an alarm system.

You guys are bad at puzzles. Darvi already pretty much figured it out.

I'll give it a day, they drop you all into a pool of lava.

Eh, fuck it. If Leaf dies I'll waitlist a kobold, just for you, Dwarmin. <3

Leaf walked over to DD, then DC. If he was still alive at this point he would observe and report the tiles around him to the rest.

I don't care. We're dead anyway if one of us doesn't do something.

Oh come on, I wouldn't instakill the party on a failed minigame. It would just make your quest harder to accomplish, and if that leads to someone dying...

The worst that would really happen is me mocking you during the next puzzle.

Sheltering Leaves sees a round hole in the middle of the room, and a large square peg set to the side. Who invented this Devilish puzzle?!
