Wait, do you remember, at all, what his personality was like? Did the ballista bolt alter it in any way?

"Maybe them bullets done your brain some good"
-Doc Hoff

I hadn't paid much attention to him prior to the accident, so I don't know - it would be awesome if that was the case, though.

So how are you going to honour him? He's a special dwarf, he should at least have a burial chamber built. Maybe a suit of bone armour and a tin cap?

Digging-wise I'm busy making a large catacomb and preparing a great hall for the arrival of the king, but I like the idea of the bone armour. I'm establishing a new militia consisting solely of dwarfs who have survived injuries that should have killed them and who are clad in bone to display the fact that they have cheated death before. The Boneheads shall stand tall!

No, wait. It was Doc Mitchell who said that.

You dont have a save of any sort from before the incident? Autosaves?

I'm afraid not. I don't use autosaves and this was the first instance where I felt the need for more than one save (apart from file corruption).   :-[

I don't believe that brain damage would change behaviour. It's possible because this game is awesome, but it would be a feature that shows very seldom and therefore a waste of coding time.

Thanks for the suggestion, but Number4 is correct: [...] it would be easier and more predictable to just be a racist.

I'm not a coder by any means, but I suppose milder forms of brain injury could be simulated by decreasing a random mental attribute. Say, ability with words or spatial sense.

If it'd show up anywhere, it'd be here. I mean; it's practically the Matrix as it is  :D

One moment he has an excellent memory, the next an iffy memory and a ballista bolt lodged in the brain.
