Shorast Keshiden has begun a mysterious construction. Well, good for him. Hope he makes something useful.

Behold, a basalt grate!
...
great.

...

Migrants! like, six of them. Couple of good fighters, though. They'll be welcome.

Gilafi, Forgotten beast has come! Man the militia! this will be a fight to remember!

or not. beast is dead, and I don't think we lost a single unit.

Putting the finishing touches on the surface and cavern gates.

finished expanding crypts. Put away a bunch of bodies.

Strangely enough, the manager came to me and requested a study off of the magma forges, right next to the volcano. An odd request, but I chose to acknowledge it.

alright, screw this. It's spring, the time when fortress overseers are traditionally allowed to pass on fortresses. I'm done.

Ok, so I got it to work. First thing I noticed is ALL NAMED DWARVES ARE DEAD (including mine). Claiming another one now.

Oh wow. 10 FPS. I don't know if this is playable on my computer...

I did wonder why it was running so slowly.

If you've got DFHack, trying running the map cleaner. Might improve the FPS a bit.

You do not convince me. You rationalize your actions and because the result is favorable you become right.

I really think we should revert, all named dwarves are dead.

I am... actually considering withdrawing. Truth be told this would be my first succession game ever, and my forts have never gone past 5 years or so. And I didn't really imagine the fortress as being such the clusterfuck that it is.

To tell the truth I thought this might be pretty tame. But it looks like our little worker's paradise is going the way of cambodia

I took a look at this place and everything is a total mess. Everything is started, but nothing seem to be finished. I know that we need equality for our people. But not for our jobs!!! Everything have to be done right, with a plan. Not to throw everything into one bag. Soviet communism was pretty good organized. It was corruption that lead to its end, not lack of organization. Now the plan isn't made in 100%!!

It's right time to finish up my opponents and do it my way. Cause I'm the one from the working class born as a poor!

I can take next turn, but i'll need two weeks and two years to clean things out.

I think you might have Dstalinker to thank for that. I cancelled all the workshop orders, enabled all the labours for everyone, and gave jobs via designations and manager screen  :P

Yes, you may have a turn. Perhaps rename a living dwarf and pretend nothing happened?
