you really should add more edge weapons i just wall myself up and dont do anything to draw attention its boring add that chainsaw like plasma cutter i saw when wiki surfing

That's how it is in the Dead Space universe. You had a less than 0.1% chance if you were in the open.

And I think you were referring to the 'Ripper'. I may add that as a melee weapon.

thanks like i said it gets boring after the first couple how about making the arms have the brains so when the cut off the necromorph dies like in the games making it a little easier for us pure military folks

All I know about Dead Space is that it involves zombies in space. Therefore, I understand 51% of this mod's flavor and probably ~25% of its mechanics.

Not exactly "zombies" but more re-animated and re-formed corpses that are capable of advanced thought and quick movement. They are less zombies and more mutated creatures made from bodies.

Alright, Dead Space involves smart, fast, technobabbly zombies. What differences does this add to DF?

no a bc is a lot easier to kill your military hack something off sooner or later now you cant even get close enough and one necromorph equals 20 humans in full fun metal V. one slasher the slasher died when one human locked his arms and two other hack it apart for 2 minutes so goblins on steroids = bleed to death bc=hammers nobles=acciedent gaint badgers=floor hatch?

They're worse then giant badgers. They are designed to kill, with spikes/blades for arms, and the fact they are almost impossible to kill. I wonder, if you cut it's upper body off, will it die?

I've noticed that necromorph's claws and most weapons are very ineffective. As in, they can't chop limbs off, unless they hit feet or toes. Also, are you planning on giving them a bite attack?
