 So during that weird blackout (I think that was the angels trying to send us a warning) I took a look at the demon records and there might be a problem. Apparently the city portion of heaven has  some sort of magic shield preventing portals or teleportation into it without permission. So Darvi you might want to hurry up on that unifying the earth thing.
