That's pretty useful...masterwork clay crafts are pretty valuable, especially if glazed, and you don't have to do anything more than designated a collection area to get the raw material.  It could be worse, it could have been a legendary fish dissector or milker.

Of course, that assumes you have clay.

clay and magma, without magma clay industry is waaay too much work for very little profit :)
