Sorry for my bad English.
I have to learn to play a melody on the flute. I know that sharp close to a note raises it by a semitone but what does it do when it is near a treble clef? Does it raise all notes?

I think I get what your asking. Yes, all the notes indicated as sharp by the treble cleff will be naturally sharp.

Like in the image? That's in the key of G major, all the F notes are naturally sharp. If you wanted an F natural you would have to have a natural symbol next to the note.

Yep, you raise every one of that note, unless there's a natural or flat sign next to the note.

Yes.

This also applies to other clefs, and flats and all.
For example in D-minor, you play Flat H(or flat B), if there are no natural or sharp things there.
