Pull out gun just incase the shooting was from some sort of alien invasion (you read about it earlier)

You head downstairs, gun warily drawn. Looks like harry came out of the Break room to investigate as well.

It seems that Officer Frank Sardel, who earned the nickname "Dick" for when he drunk-rambles about his genitals. He had accidentally dropped his bottle, making a sound similar to a gunshot.

You slap him, then hear the sound of a jail door swinging open upstairs.

You and Harry leave Dick downstairs and ascend.

Upon walking into the JAIL, you see Walt trying to calm the methhead korea vet down. It looks like it'll be a simple matter, just cuff him and...

Those eyes.

He is not there. No human man could have eyes like that. They are eyes that tell a story of a sense of justice and purity, a sense of patriotism. A story of a man who battled hard with an addiction, and lost the fight. This is not that man, however. These eyes tell a story of hunger. A hunger that can never be satiated. He yearns for the flesh of the living, if only to quell the urges inside him.

He walks forward. More imperfections become imminent. His fingers are peeled away, and long, sickly claws take their place. blood stains his shirt, and one of the eyes is missing. His face has a long, drawn out gash, probably the result of tripping and hitting the corner of his bunk. He looks like an animal, stalking it's prey.

And yet there is purpose in this being's stride. He walks with the dignity of a leader, ready to face any challenge. He walks as if he can control his movements. The Night of the Living Dead painted him as a monster, and evil, shambling corpse that wants no more than your sensory organs. But he holds purpose, in some sick way, he has regained the position he once had as a soldier in korea. Purpose, a sense that every action he takes will further his army's goals. No longer living, no longer dead.

Half-Life.

three steps were all it took to discern this. Your comrades saw it too, the claws, the gash, the moans. You took the first shot at him with the shotgun, completley obliterating his skull, and blasting his brains across the walls.

Silence settles over the room. A cough. A helicopter can be heard outside.

You finish that coke and toss it into the waistbasket.

This is going to be a long day.




THEY HUNGER




Now what? The other two prisoners are stunned, and kind of scared.
