Ronald humperdink.
Just go with the first one. Funny is in the subtleness. Picking up a big baseball bat, writing "FUNNEH" on it and then smacking it repeatedly in someones face, isn't.

Ok, maybe it is, but it does get old very quickly.

Your name is, *Ahem*

Sir Doctor Constable Arcturus Ronald Urist Jeffery Gun beard Bavers McCop of the Tk423 series.

No, you made that up. you're real name is ronald Humperdinker.

The Humperdinker family line goes back to the first group of prisoners banished from england to georgia. As the family line continued, your family moved up. Your great-great grandpa became a sherriff, so it has always been your goal to become a sherriff. You would be if it weren't for Jack Torvold.

He's one of the new policemen, sent down from chicago, and filled with his rookie stupidity. Of course, since Chicago is a fuckton of mystery to the retarded inhabitants of this goddamn city, they believe that Jack is the messiah of policemen, fit to be a legend, and sure to keep the city safe.

Of course, the only way he even got here was because of a fuck up in the grading system for the Test. He hasn't a single bit of real experience, save for a drug bust, that the story of which seems to change every time he retells it to favor him more. Last time he said something about killing a communist weapons dealer, and stopping a nuclear arms transaction.

And so, Sheriff Jack Torvold is starry-eyed at having real power, while the only officer without his head up his ass, you, is relegated to the minor role of Deputy sheriff.

Of course, if all those rumors coming out of Georgia are true, we're all fucked regardless. Something about reanimated co-

Oh hey, it seems that while you were mumbling to yourself, you walked back to the Police Department.

You walk inside.

You enter the clearance room. Arnold's son is sitting at the counter, bored and playing with his thumb.

Find Sheriff Chester Rockwood or Deputy Jerry Hoobs.

You should know why.

For all seriousness, you should probably get your stuff for patrol duty. After getting coffee from the break room.

((NOTE: The Architect is now no longer illustrating the flow of events, relying on his writing rather than his, admittably lackluster, drawing capabilities))

((ALERT: User PHANTOM has been classified as Genre savvy. The architect would like to note that things will be explained soon))

"Boy, why aren't you in school? Isn't it two forty already?"

"Wellsir, they dun let us out early. Don't know why, teacher ran out."

"That's a queer predicament"

"Yessir. She said she was 'Running to Spain to get away from all this... poo.'"

"Huh. Well, I'll be here to sub if you need me, geoffry."

"Heh. yessir, seeya!"

Geoffrey buzzes the door open, and you walk through the door, entering the STAIRWAY. Luckily, you do not have to walk upstairs. The BREAK ROOM is right across from here.

You enter the BREAK ROOM.

You are facing EAST. Thee is a coffee machine to the SOUTH. There is a buletin board to the NORTH. There is a snack machine to the EAST. Officer Harry Beavers is leaning against the wall to the NORTH. There is a radio to the SOUTH, playing a particularly catchy song. There is a table in the CENTER of the room.

You do not have any access to tea, so you grab a cup of coffee. Black. Keeps you sharp.

The name Chester Rockwood runs through your mind. You think over it, savoring the thoughts as you struggle to recall where the name came from. It might have been that town in South Carolina that busted those Drug dealers? No, further south. You think down further to Georgia, where all traffic to the outside world has been cut off. OH! now you remember! He's the sheriff of-

Arnold stops your thought train with a hello.
