Am I the only one who thinks water not disappearing when you put blocks in it is annoying?

You're not the only one. You tend to have to divert the water elsewhere or dump lava into it now, which takes longer than just plugging it and digging a tunnel through the plug.

Think that's bad?

You can't to that to lava anymore either.

I applied some dwarf logic to mechanics. I think it turned out well, for a start.

EDIT: I suppose I should say what it does. Stepping on the top pressure plate spawns a skeleton, who wanders around and keeps spawning slimes, who bounce around and kill themselves with the darts. Takes quite a while to get much gel though.

And then, they will be weaponized. Like everything in this game, from kittens to babies, everything is a potential device of murder.
So if baseless speculation is all we have, we might as well treat it like fact.

You can spawn enemies?

WHAT.

I haven't seen a single Moonglow plant in my Jungle area, either surface or in the uppermost tunnel.

Do I need to dive to find them?  Or are they in some other environment?

v1.1, new character, new map.

Seven-hour Terraria binge: done.

I don't know whether to weep or not. Hey, at least I've got a nice mythril drill and cobalt duds now.

No time to get new content, too busy utilizing beams for architecture and massive underground town.

It'll likely take me a week to eventually reach the new content. I spend most of my time collecting more wood and having internal crises over inventory management.

the one problem I have with Terraria is the overabundance of HARDCORE RP PVP NEW CHARACTERS WHITELIST servers there are. All I want is to play on a goddamn normal terraria server that lets me do whatever without being put on a waiting list. Sure, others may not want to do what I want to do, but at least the other servers get a friggin' look in. Not having to start from scratch every single fucking time would be nice too, kthx.

Yeah, there's Bay12's servers, but those are only active part of the time.

Buy wrench to place wires, buy wire cutters to harvest wires from natural traps/dungeon. Then just use those tools to place wires from input devices to output devices. This includes most lights and toches I believe.

Also be sure to move her into a house, can't keep her in the Dungeon.

You untie NPCs by talking to them. Autopause has to be off. I've found the mechanic and tinkerer so far, just need the wizard and I'll have all the NPCs. All of them.

Same place as the other two - they're randomly spawned though.

Imiknoris, you have a new avatar like every 5 minutes...

Anyone got a server up right now to dick around on?

I found the goblin deep underground, and reports have shown that the mechanic is rescued in the dungeon. It's still all pretty spread about.

What does the wizard do?
