Did the screenshot stretch out to cover a wider area, or did you change the resolution somehow?

You can make the game full screen in options.

I know this, however it doesn't seem to stretch to fit my 1600x900 monitor as much as I would like. It's like putting a 800x600 game fullscreen; doesn't utilize all of my screenspace. And his looks like the pictures take up more of his, so far as the area on the right showing more past the mana bar than mine would.

I finally got  a ball and chain of doom!

My friend, far more competent than me has awesome stuff. I have one piece of armour. But at leaset i have a mishmash of demonite and other things.

I was a good girl and looked it up earlier in this very thread. :3 Great utility, definitely improves the viewing area. It took some fiddling to get a workable resolution, partially because I don't actually -have- a widescreen monitor, but it still gave the desired effect.

Terraria looks... so much better now... nice to not have to see stretchy pixels.

Wish this would have actual support, but the game did only come out less than a week ago...

Waterbolt is kinda underwhelming. It seems if you get magic at ranges longer than the large melee weapons you sacrifice a ton of damage and splash, while adding a bit of cost inefficiency with mana.

While waterbolt is weak as well... water, it will look nice is my chest of items that cast magic spells. I'm sort of a collector like that. I have every other weapon better then gold.

Magic is sort of funny in this game

As soon as you get it, it is horribly outdated.

They need to add some proper tier magic.

 I'm cool with it being not as strong as some of the weapons but offering area of effect damage that helps with hordes and bosses that can be hit multiple times. The ones like that like the Vilethorn and waterstaff are wonderfully powerful, while the space gun and fire flower are kinda eh. Give us a fireball that makes an explosion that does decent damage to a decent area and it'll be great.

Man. We fought the EoW three times straight on Acp's server. It was rocking. I also swear it got longer every time. >.> <.<
