Yeah... only thing I have to throw in about th'whole 'soon to run out of steam' thing for Terraria is to kinda' point out that T's only been in development since
January of
this year. 4 1/2 months for ground, up. It's also been out for, what, four days now? And has already have a patch? I'd humbly suggest that bodes well insofar as content, etc, updates are concerned. Some of us are just getting burned out from playing too much
It's just entirely too early to speculate with any hopes of accuracy, but what I've been seeing seems to lend more to optimism than anything. These people have been on our radar for basically no time at all, insofar as gaming development goes, and Red's primary previous work is ruddy
SMBX. Their team's also just made several hundred thousand dollars, which bodes bloody well for, yanno', hiring more people to get crackin' on code and content.
Let's save the negative outlook for a month from now, then we can quote ourselves on everything turning out like we expected.
In any case, th'game's not over until you've gold plated the jungle and replaced all the blocks in hell with pink dungeon brick.
Then you can say you've beat the game
Oh god I just fell about a million feet. I have five hearts, no armor, and no accessories, and I survived because I landed on a skeleton.
*fistbumps skeleton* Nice catch!
You let the skeleton live, right? If you can get yourself out of their reach for a bit, they'll turn around and go away.
