Actually, the time teleporting fast forward thing was a bug with the frame skip. I'm not sure if it's fixed yet.

Naw underground jungle isn't so bad once you find it (though finding it is an uttar pain). I just build it appropriately (Though finding Jungle seed is tougher now...)
It's not as hard as it used to be though, just head on down to the regular jungle and then dig down. Same with seed; I think it drops from the grass aboveground too.

1/7 or 1/8 chance, unrestricted by anything.

So yeah, there's small, but still a chance, to get bloodmoons in a row.

Silver bullets arn't that good but they have decent knockback for a rather good price.

Also why do Jungles have Gold bricks? I don't remember them having any... Maybe I need to generate a new world.

Jungles, the underground ones, at least, have lil'shrine-type things made of gold -- gold brick wall, gold backwall. Usually a torch or two, and a chest. They're not terribly common, but not terribly rare, either. S'where feral claws and anklets of th'wind come from, along with some other junk.

They do the same damage as meteor shot, without the pierce. Thanks to the meteorshot nerf, I prefer silver bullets.
