I'm going with Riccto. People who didn't get picked, you'll be on a waiting list.
Now then, teaching session. It'll be this Sunday at 10PM GMT. That's 5PM East Coast, 2 PM West Coast. All sessions should be on that time. You have four characters to choose from, first come first served.
Marius was born on a relatively little-known shrine world where he spent his life in monastic devotion to the Emperor. When he was fourteen a wide-scale revolt tore the planet apart. In the fighting that ensued a loyalist strike cruiser was critically damaged and exploded in the upper atmosphere, scattering highly radioactive dust and gas across the entire planet. Marius was one of around 200 who made it off world. Filled with a yearning for absolution, he joined a death cult and was later chosen by Inquisitor Constantus Bivarus for his skill and devotion. He later learned that the revolt that destroyed his planet was brought about by Inquisitorial meddling, though he doesn't know who exactly was pulling the strings.
Spending his entire life in one monastic order or another has made Marius dangerously fanatical. Knowledge that someone in the Calixian Conclave is responsible for the death of his planet has only pushed him further toward the edge. He's crazy as fuck and out for Inquisitor blood, is what I'm trying to say.
Dram is from the desert death world Karsthell. He was taken along with a gaggle of other young men and recruited to the Imperial guard, where he served admirably and was picked up by Inquisitor Bivarus. More intelligent than most death worlders, Dram was chosen as much for his gravity as for his skill.
Dram is the only member of the team who isn't an extremist fanatic. That's part of the reason he was chosen. He serves as a voice of reason and helps keep the rest of the team from doing anything too insane. His one foible in the crazy department is from his tribal upbringing. He believes that his death is preordained, and that somewhere out there is the man or beast destined to kill him. Against lesser foes he fights as if he's unkillable, with little regard for his own safety. Against real enemies, he becomes solemn and fatalistic.
Vakkhus is a tech-priest from the Forge World Haddrak. He has no family, as he was raised in a creche and never met his parents or siblings. He was inducted into the Cult of Sollex shortly after his induction into the tech-priesthood. Endless conflict with the hereteks and scum dwelling below the forges has made him militant and fanatical (Noticing a pattern?). He was chosen by Inquisitor Bivar for this reason. When he isn't killing heretics or maintaining machinery, he meditates on the light of a laser.
Vakkhus is just as crazy as the rest. The Cult of Sollex is a war-cult and he's spent most of his career killing hereteks. He shows little emotion outside of combat. When killing heretics his vox-caster begins to chant war-prayers to the Omnissiah.
Celeste was found on a warp-scarred orbital station drifting far from its appointed location. She was the only survivor, huddled in a sealed room and holding a figurine of the God-Emperor. It was later determined that an unsanctioned psyker on board had lost control of his powers and cast the station into the warp. Celeste insists her survival was due to her faith in the Emperor.
Fighting off the whispers and predations of daemons for who knows how long, and knowing that a psyker was responsible for the catastrophe has made Celeste hate and fear her own powers. She spends nearly all her time meditating and only uses her powers when she has no other option. Maybe that's why she hasn't been daemonhosted yet. Her extreme faith has made her a fanatic like the others, and the object of her extremist hatred is witches.
Pick whichever one you want. They're all crazy.
