Some time tomorrow, I asked if it could be after 3:00 GMT-4, and Cthulhu said that was fine.

In place of tonight's session, I am going to give the first lead I told you about.  Gunnar the Fat isn't hard to find for people who know his name, and after a bit of searching you find him.  He's a black market dealer in a den in the slum quarter.  When you tell him Jeeves sent you, he hands you an unlabeled, sealed envelope, no questions asked, and sends you off.

Inside the envelope is a folder labeled MISSION DOSSIER and a comm-slate.

This is the dossier.

Well. Looks like we have three goals in order of reduced importance.

1: Get the old king to 'leave'
2: Make a popular support rebellion for Andros.
3. Understand what the connection between the mutants and the disturbances are.

If at all possible I would rather to leave three undone... We may want to do it first though. But, if this is a sign of increasing mutation or even, emperor forbid, a sign of a infestation of chaos we may find it possible to use it to our advantage.

I find three plans that spring immediately to mind.

Plan 1: Raise popular support against the king. Assassinate or force him off the planet, then force his son to step down in favor of Andros. Perhaps a strike to assassinate his son at the climax of the plan.

Plan 2: Simply get rid of the old king and put his son on the throne.

Plan 3: Find out about the mutant disturbances, perhaps if they have a true organization it may be possible to kill the leaders of it and implicate the king as a mutant sympathizer. If we could get a lesser force of inquisitors to come and purge this planet, and the king, I think that we would have helped this planet as much as we could have.

At any rate, I think we need more information.

As long as you're not doing anything important you can do it here.  Asking around for information and the like is okay.  Meeting an NPC should probably wait for the session.

Forgot:  Also in the envelope are transfer papers for the various adeptas operating in the city, including the administratum, clergy, and arbites.  Group members with the proper qualifications can use them (And will need them) to get into these organizations.
