Ensure discipline on the ship. AKA make sure people don't bump into and open doors to space like idiots.
I would hate to see a [1] on this  :P

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Turn 2

After few hours of arguing over the first target the atmosphere in the room gets bit heavy. The crew seems to be evenly divided between Triparces and Ki Poneo system - you agree that whichever course  get done faster will be the first to go. Captain seems to agree and leaves for the bridge while the scientific teams race for the star charts.

Looking at the Spook's team working fast on the course for the Ki Poneo, Jacob [6] decides that he won't get them be the first to finish! You call the team and get to crunching the numbers, after a while you notice that the preliminary course to Triparces goes around a unstable white dwarf for safety. But really what's the chance something happens while we're nearby ? [?] You shorten the course to cut trough the dwarf's area effectively shortening the travel time by 1 day and send it to the navigational computer, but before you can send course confirmation to the captain, Tarran catches your hand and ask you to reconsider! The route for the Ki Poneo shouldn't be very hard to compute, Spook [5] and few other scientists plot the course in a few moments and send it to the main computer right away while Jacob is distracted by Tarran. He try to send the confirmation [4] but Jacob sees that and push him back [1] rather clumsily - he trips and falls right on Spook's knee - you can see his nose bent at a strange angle when he lies on the floor cursing. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!!!" - Dr.Zimmerman looks like he don't like others making his job any harder. He checks the Jacob nose and takes him to the Medical Lab along with Tarran who seemed bit disturbed by the whole situation. Spook feels a bit bad about Jacob accident - but he didn't even know what we would find there! You confirm the course for the Ki Poneo and go to mess to eat something before you start watching the sensors outputs. In the mesa you meet Taric [5] who seems to be very calm about this whole situation, well he won't have much to do till the ship arrive. If the ship arrives that is. You can hear the buzz of the shield generators [6] on the lower levels even here. There seems to be something in the noise that makes Hal [2] nervous but Seamus [4] reassures him that it's just because they have to stablize before the ship breaks the light speed. After a few minutes they seem to work perfectly and they send the word to the bridge.Soon the Tachyon Engines [6] are starting to warm up and the the ship starts to move  towards the unknown.

Travel D1:
After a brief  stay in the Medical Area Tarran starts to patrol the ships and ensure everyone is working properly [4]. He doesn't notice anything wrong besides few strange looks given him.

Travel D2:
Hal still worried about shields systems start to examine each part of it [3] - only oddity he finds is that shield emergency system will stop the engines immediately but it won't stop the ship - and what's worse the control over the course would be lost for a moment.

Travel D5:
Dr Zimmerman performs everyone routine examinations [?]:
   - Jacob broken nose [4] seems to be getting better, though it will be very susceptible for next two weeks.
   - One of the engineers working on the engines got his hand burned [4] but after a brief time of immersing his hand in a medical gel the hand gets back to normal.
   - Everyone else is in a great form

Travel D7:
Engines [4] seem to work flawlessly. After doing few checks Seamus [3]  notices that the Engines power rates are slightly lower than at the start, they will need solid tweaking before next travel.
Shields [6] don't even change their reading since the journey start.

Travel D9:
After Nine Days of looking for oddities Strife [1] finally gives up, only thing he found was severe cold from searching all the ship corridors and rooms.

Travel D10:
Spook after rereading the whole sensor log [2] feels like he wasted a great deal of time. Maybe Taric was right ? If he just relaxed like him, he at least wouldn't be that annoyed and disappointed...

Travel D12: Arrival!
After 12 days of constant travel the engines stop and the buzz of the shields falls silent. The Crew gathers in the sensor room where on the screens you can see the Ki Poneo System. It's star is a little smaller than Earth sun, and the system consist only of four planets. You pass by the gas giant on the third orbit and head for the second planet of the system. As you get closer you begin to notice the planet lacks any visible oceans and or seas except the pretty big azure polar caps. That in conjunction with thin atmosphere probably means there's nothing alive down there and colonization would be pretty tough task. The planet's red on the most of it's surface and it's pretty much flat except few craters bunched together and one mountain range on the south hemisphere. As soon as your ship enters the orbit Captain orders to run full scale scan of the planet. Hal engages the atmosphere [4] and life-forms detection [5] systems. The air is not good enough to be breathable but it contains enough oxygen to allow you to use simple rebreathers instead of full life-support system. There seems to be very big pressure shifts on the planet and continuous dust storms - they not strong enough to endanger the ship but it could be hard to move on foot outside. The life-forms scanner shows no signal of life on the planet. Seamus engages the resources scanner [1] and soon stares at the scans with astonishment. The planet's chemical composition scan would be normal except the fact that the uranium readings are completely off the charts ! It looks like there's a area near the northern part of the planet where most of it is gathered - that's either composed of pure uranium or it's a great deal of surfaced pitchblende ore. Anyway, you can't think any reasonable explanation for that...
Spook and Talarion compute the possible landing trajectory. It should be very easy due to low gravity and thin atmosphere.[6] It's time to decide where you want to land.

Take us down to the concentration, I want envirionmental suits for this mission as this much concentrated Uranium isn't natural...

"Well, that was unexpected. I say we land near the edge of the massive deposit and see if our scanners are wrong or correct. We shouldn't land right on top of it, though, unless you guys are planning to get us irradiated."

Stay on board the ship, but prepare a scout drone to send with the team for scouting and assistance.

"That much Uranium isn't natural... Someone get us Enviromental suits that can withstand decent amounts of all radiation, and atleast two rebreathers each. If there is that much Uranium, just the background radiation over the whole planet will be ridiculously high." Go down with the others, with the proper equipment. Assist with my knowledge of radiation and nuclear composition that comes with the physicist jazz.

"Uhhh, Taric? Is that your name? Yeah, can we please not land in the center of the giant mass of irradiating Uranium? I'd rather not have 50 cancers at once, please."

"I never said takes us right on top of it. Besides, it's inert until it's refined and detonated within a thermonuclear warhead, though I'm not sure if it isn't in a nuclear weapons cache."

"It doesn't have to be refined to be radioactive! Have you never took any lessons on radiation? Or at least looked it up in Googlepedia?! That stuff isn't safe!"

"What warheads?! We're talking about raw uranium ore! The stuff is exposed to the surface! I highly doubt we have anything created to deal with this much radiation."

"The radiation you're talking about is negligible, I'd be more worried about actually getting it into my body. Only enriched uranium will irradiate you and it had to be detonated over the area that we're in."
