Sounds interesting, I'll join if there's still a spot left.
Name: Jacob Zeikas
Bio: Jacob was raised in a small town on Earth, Australia. When he was 14, his talent for science was discovered, as he could remember and grasp nearly every concept in the field of physics with little to no difficulty. As he got deeper into the field, it became harder and harder for him... Not because of the subject, but because of the knowledge: There wasn't enough for him. He quickly grew conceited, creating his own theories and pushing to have them proven. Alot of his peers disputed his claims, only for him to prove them to the world again and again. And he was still in his early twenties. He was hailed as one of the greatest physicists since the founders of the subject; Since Einstein and Newton, along with some others of his generation. His most famous discovery was that of what is considered 'The Best' superconductor, an alloy of copper, gold, silver, and surprisingly, Cadmium. Even in room temperature, this alloy conducted electricity better than all other superconductors, which need to be at negative temperature. Of course, when he pushed for a spot on this flight, at the age of 26, noone could refuse him. So, he got the training that was required... and here he is.
Personnel Class: Scientific
Skills: Physicist, Ambidextrous
Personal Equipment: Personal Laptop, Various tools, A pair of glasses with a minature computer built in with the display on the lenses, and an AI to go with it (Custom-built), A golden chain with an amulet on the end, various spare parts for his personal electronics and should they be required for the trip, any clothes he will want and/or need, and a backup AI for his lens-computer. (Assuming AI's have been developed alot.)
Hope this is okay. ^^ Also assuming a number of things, like that superconductors havent been perfected already, and alot of things are still to be discovered in the field of physics. I like physics, and I couldn't resist... Also, question: Could I get a kind of techy ability that would normally be classed under Engineering rather than Ambidexterity? Because Physics and Electronics are closely linked, and I'd see my character as working on electronics and computers in his offtime, as a hobby and a break from all of his research into physics. He wouldn't be as proficient as the dedicated Engineers, but he'd be able to grasp most concepts easily and help out and learn anything he didn't know already. ^^
