[33g] Strange moods invent items

I have been playing quite a while, but after I DLed 33g, I had a glassmaker get possessed. He wanted Bone and Stone and 'gems'. (Crystal glass?) (I don't remember which gem message it said, but it wasn't green or clear glass, as I had that and he never went for it)

After I got the Stone and Bone available he grabbed it while I was looking for the gems and started a construction. He was in a magma glass furnace and had just the Stone (obsidian) and the bone (Mule) but no glass.

His end product: A Green Glass Bucket. (With bands of obsidian and images in mule bone)

I have heard of moods making items out of stuff you normally can't (rock beds and the like) but making an item out of a resource you didn't even use? It makes sense, since he was a glass maker, but he didn't use any glass...

Is this a bug, or just a very strange mood?

Had you produced any glass before this? The glass could simply have been lying around at the furnace.

I have, however he did not use any. I checked the contents of the shop while he was working; There was no raw green glass in the shop. (There was some in the shop  right next to it which he probably should have gotten but didn't) There were other green glass blocks in the workshop he was in, but none of them were listed as [TSK] when he was making the bucket.
