Question, about the Shield upgrades, do they actually do anything? I mean, damage up to mounted VOL-GAs seem to be thrown off without a scratch, or do they increase stability so I won't be knocked over by shotgun blasts?

Too bulky and why would you use them if you can't with a primary weapon?

Because if you have something like a simple submachine gun (even the short-range Non-lethal one) you can send a lot of damage downrange fast without having to worry about cover.
Plus, the shield actually still protects your back even if you don't have it out at the time, not very well, but still.

I know this last fact all too well, Dumbo.
I dunno though. I prefer stealth, like taking out an entire tank squad and helicopter in ten minutes with only one activation of Reflex and no alerts.

I only use it during side ops, honestly, when I'm not so perfectionist.
Speaking of tanks, I just got my Cargo 2 Upgrade for my fultons.
And the only Main Mission I have right now is all about taking down as many armoured vehicles as I can.

Weeeelll more like Mission...
9? And I've already done 10 and 11 before that, you can only get a cargo specialist on mission 10 anyway.
But yeah, it involves a lot of Fultons and constant Outer Ops missions.

I stop and jump off the horse, look around like crazy. After my first mission I stumbled across some Wolves and grabbed one for the Ecyclopedia. THIS though was a Puppy. I was like "I WANT THAT" so I took it. The damn thing looked so adorable hanging in the Fulton Harness. Before skyrocketing into the sky. But then i got a call to base...

DD!!! Fucking hell that was adorable how the puppy was licking Boss's face like that, reminded me of MY puppy... ^_^
