Two hour download here at 3MB/s. This is why we have preloads. I can only imagine the people who have slower internet, but imagine that others will have it done long before me =<

New topic for TPP or just use this one?

Looking through the manual I see something I don't recall being mentioned. Apparently with FOBs you can hop in to help defend a friend's FOB if it comes under attack. Dunno if it's been mentioned but just in case it hasn't...
If you have a million friends your FOBs will be pretty well guarded, theoretically.

No. Redownloading the entire game. Not installing. Redownloading.
I may have found a fix for it, fingers crossed.

Whew. I backed up the existing files to a secondary hard drive, deleted local content (which oddly did not actually delete anything) then re-started the game. Steam went through a "discovering existing files" process and it worked. Here we go.

EDIT: First impressions are good, unfortunately it's already 5 AM and I have to work practically all day every day this week... again.

Hrmm, my computer is having trouble running Ground Zeros, I dread to think what Phantom pain could do to it...
