Oh I know. I think my outrage at this is balanced out by my utter confusion over the whole "hey Kojima, piss off" saga.

I mean they tried to make it seem as though he was happy and employed and not leaving when it was clear to everyone that none of these things were true. I mean it just boggles the mind that they just let Hideo Kojima fucking leave.

I for one will be needlessly negative. It seems to me that they're set on destroying what good story there was in Metal Gear, which already had to be parsed through leagues of ridiculousness by western players.
