I often forget that kittens have feelings.

Wha-? Since when have they had feelings? They are animals, not thinking creatures.

Your obviously not dropping them from a high enough height then.

Their brains function the same way human brains do, and they DO have regions responsible for feelings.
Although they are WAY dumber, they have feelings just like we do.

This game, pretty much. I never identified with dwarves before DF. To me they were always the favorite pick of short, angry men in table top roleplaying and MMOs. DF taught me that there's much more to being a dwarf than having a beard and being a curmudgeon.

I'm an avid animal lover and actually have two cats of my own, but thanks to DF I developed a fascination for seeing how far a kitten would fall before melting if I broke all of its legs and dropped it in a volcano from 100 levels up.

DF, teaching children moral values since 2002.

i grew a beard in 7th grade.

i am shorter than all my friends.

i love building/creating things that either have no practical use, are way too overly complicated, and are all under-appreciated.

i do things the hard way-if it doesnt fit just shove it in there, bend it, and live with it if it causes problems.

 Lets see...

I loved collecting rocks as a child.

I have always liked fungus.

I love eating mushrooms.

I love things that menace with spikes.

I've sold rocks to people as a child (didn't even need a trade depot).

When I was younger I dug holes as deep as I could just to see what was under there.

I hate to shave.

I have cave adaptation.

I love ordering others around while doing nothing myself (If only I was a noble).

I would love hitting criminals with a hammer as a career.

I would love to solve all my problems with magma if I had access to it.

Had more in common then I thought...

You sure? Lets look at the finns...

Large portion of the finnish GDP comes from chopping trees.

Another large portion from mining.

Largely alcoholic.

Grumpy and stubborn.

Depressed.

Survived WWII by throwing !!Booze!! at soviet tanks.

Let's look at poles:

One of the most alcoholic nations in the world

Builders/miners slack off, sometimes even sell materials for !!booze!!

Curse more than anyone else in the world(perhaps except russians)

Heavily racist.

People are stubborn and rude.

Although are eager to party and let random people in for a drink or two.

Fought during WWII so furiously that an american supersoldier would cower in fear, using mostly !!Booze!! and guns made from pipes.

In ages before, vodka was a standard equipment of every woman purse. Used mostly to cure headaches. Caused by drinking, of course.

Also long ago, parties were rated not even by how much of the people collapsed of drunkenness, but by hour they woke up.

Can any nation beat this?
